K & L specializes in creating in-language and in-culture advertising to reach Asian Americans in North America including the Chinese, Filipino, Asian Indian, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese consumer audiences. In 1998, based on the needs of our clients, we established our Diversified Markets Division which now also offers the leading capabilities to reach East European (Russian and Polish) and Middle Eastern (Arab, Israeli) immigrant communities.

In the more than 18 years since our agency was founded, we have produced an enormous creative archive including several thousand TV, radio, print, direct mail, and out-of-home executions. Additionally, K & L has serviced the largest client base spanning the widest range of product categories (including telecom, financial services, mass merchandising, spirits, cosmetics, packaged goods/food, media, government, airline, healthcare, and others). This diverse range of client categories has enabled our teams to develop the most eclectic and flexible approaches for advertising development, resulting in a wide range of creative themes, messages, and executions.
